2021 Domaine de I'lle Rose
Now owned and bottled by House of CHANEL, it’s aluminous pale pink. Bright strawberry, raspberry and grenadine aromas. The Cinsault gives it a hint of grapefruit on the nose. The palate, you find red berries, and rich red cherry with a hint of spice. It has a long, refreshing finish with touch of the ocean on the finish.

When you set foot on the island of Porquerolles in the South of France, you forget to put your shoes back on. The Domaine sits in a remote part of the island where the vines and olive trees are protected from the salty bite of the sea and the scorching winds. Bathed in light, the vineyards draw their signature from the clay-schist soils. This Provençal rosé is born here, between the land and the sea. Hand-harvested and made from traditional Mediterranean grape varieties, this elegant rosé is the result of a commitment to creating a fresh and intense wine with a unique Southern France character.
