2022 Les Sarrins Rose Cotes De Provence
Pale pink in color, pale rose petals, bright and clear. Fine and delicate on the nose, with white fruit aromas combined with citrus notes and floral nuances. The attack is ample. We find the delicacy of the nose, and a real substance on the palate well balanced with a persistent freshness. The finish shows violet notes.

Family owned and managed by the Paillard Family, Domaine des Sarrins lies off the beaten path nestled amongst rolling hills, olive groves and vineyards in the small Provençal village of Saint Antonin du Var. Its location lies halfway between the foothills of the Alps and The Mediterranean Sea in the Côtes de Provence AOP, providing the perfect microclimate for growing world class Rosé. Only grapes from the top parts of the AOP are selected for production. The grapes are gently pressed producing a beautiful light pink color and vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at moderate temperatures to reduce malolactic fermentation. The result is a fresh, bright, floral Rosé of beautiful balance that is as perfect for sipping in a seaside café in Saint-Tropez as it is for sipping at your backyard get together.
Their beautiful packaging pays tribute to the Domaine’s Provençal heritage. The iconic blue color on the label is inspired by the Mediterranean Sea, a color that also adorns the shutters of many villas throughout the region. The delicate floral print takes its inspiration from the lavender fields scattered throughout the region along with designs found on the fabrics that are sold in Provence’s weekend markets.
