Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping for wine club subscriptions is FREE  to customers in the state of Texas. All other orders will be charged based on market freight rates at the time of shipment.

ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED – RETURNED SHIPMENT FEES

We use UPS & FedEx to ship all of our wines. The delivery carrier will require a signature from an adult 21 years of age or older in order to make the delivery. Someone over the age of 21 years old must be present to sign for the shipment, or the shipment will not be delivered. The delivery carrier will make 3 attempts to deliver the shipment and will then return the shipment to us.
Returned shipments are subject to a fee of $20.00, plus shipping costs to ship them back to you again.

RETURNED SHIPMENT TROUBLES?

If you or your gift recipient are not able to be home to sign for your wine shipments, we strongly suggest having your wine shipments sent to an office or business address where an adult 21 years of age or older is available to sign for the shipments.
Furthermore, FedEx has shipping centers in most areas and you can get your shipment sent direct to that location where they will hold it until you can come pick it up and sign for it.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

During times of inclement weather, either extreme heat or extreme cold, Vino Coterie reserves the right to delay shipments until conditions improve. Please be advised that Vino Coterie is not responsible for items damaged due to extreme weather conditions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we’ll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
If a package you received is damaged, please contact customer service at wine@vinocoterie.com and our concierge team will be able to assist you.
